Our Service uses third-party AI services provided by Google Cloud to process your documents. While we strive for accuracy, AI-powered extraction is not perfect and may produce errors. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all extracted data before relying on it for any purpose.
We may offer beta or experimental features that are not yet generally available. These features are provided "as is" and may be modified or discontinued at any time without notice. Your use of beta features is at your own risk.
To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Service.

Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service

You retain all ownership rights to the documents you upload and the data extracted from them ("Your Content"). We do not claim any ownership over Your Content.
By uploading documents to the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

Do not upload documents containing protected health information (PHI), payment card data subject to PCI-DSS, or other highly regulated data unless you have verified that your use complies with applicable regulations. Finflo is not currently HIPAA or PCI-DSS compliant.
The Service, including its original content, features, functionality, design, and underlying technology, is owned by Finflo and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
"Finflo" and our logo are trademarks of Finflo. You may not use our trademarks without our prior written consent.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business or personal purposes, subject to these Terms. This license does not include the right to:
If you provide us with feedback, suggestions, or ideas about the Service ("Feedback"), you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use that Feedback for any purpose, including improving the Service, without any obligation to you.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Before initiating any formal dispute resolution, you agree to first contact us at support@finflo.au and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, you agree that any legal action or proceeding shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Sydney, New South Wales, Australia. You consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
To the extent permitted by law, you agree that any disputes will be resolved on an individual basis and not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Service, or legal requirements.
